Return Window

I want you to love your handmade items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day return window from the date your delivery arrives to request a return.

Return Shipping Cost

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Because many of our items are custom vinyl or handcrafted resin art, items showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact me through my store's contact me page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will provide you with the appropriate shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
