Return & Refund Policy

Fair returns. Clear rules. No fire-breathing required.


1. Right to Return (Non-Custom Items)

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.


2. Custom & Personalized Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized designs
  • Made-to-order items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos

I will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent by mail.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • I recommend using tracked shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

6. Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
